  3. VIP status will be effective until the end of 2010 for players who earn 25,000 status points during the promotion period.
  4. If a player generates 60,000 by Dec 31st, 2010, he/ she will receive VIP status for the next calendar year (through Dec 31st, 2011). If not, the player's status on Jan 1st, 2011 will be determined according to the Loyalty Plan effective on that day.
  5. Players that reach VIP status will get 9% cashback retroactive for the period from which they registered to the promotion and until the time they reached VIP status.
  6. Members will have 4 months from the date of registration to earn 25,000 status points.
  7. Littlewoods Poker reserves the right to discontinue this promotion without prior notification to the participants.
  8. Littlewoods Poker reserves the right to use participating members’ names and likenesses without compensation.
  9. By participating in this promotion, the player agrees to all the terms and conditions set forth here.
  10. Any fraudulent activity will result in participants losing their status and their account being closed.
  11. All Littlewoods Poker standard terms and conditions apply.
  12. All decisions made by Littlewoods Poker are final.
  13. Weekly points status updates will be sent to registered members and will not be reflected on the Rewards page or in the Status Progress Bar in the software.
  14. Only points earned in poker tournaments and cash games will count towards this promotion. Any points earned in the Casino will not be considered.
  15. If a member, or any accounts related to this member, reached silver status (or higher) at any point in time after June 1, 2009, they will be eligible to participate in the Fast Track to VIP promotion only on that specific brand’s software under which they reached silver status.
  16. In the case of a conflict in calculations between the Status Progress Bar and our systems, the value held by our systems will prevail.
  17. This Bonus Policy has been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of this policy and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
